Since soooo many of you have asked how my husband and I changed our way of eating, I decided to add a section about food! 🙂

I will provide links and recipes to download as time passes. I will make sure to give exact steps I take to make delicious food that supports health. Creating these yummy recipes has literally changed my life!

This type of change is not for the faint of heart. The best way to explain it is like turning on and off a light switch. We have no dimmer switch. There has been no turning back on this way of eating and living.

Some people will understand, some will give you a hard time, others will be inspired… the most important though… is YOU!!! You will be healthy and feel great! We constantly tell each other…
